Are your shirts made to order?
Yes. Products are produced after an order is placed.
Where is the artwork printed?
Print placement varies by product. Check the product title, photos and description before ordering.
How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide shown on the relevant product page and compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already own.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final for change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer preference, or ordering the wrong colour or design. This does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Where required by applicable consumer law, an appropriate remedy will be provided.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Because made-to-order products can enter production quickly, cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.
Do colours look exactly the same in person?
Screen settings and print production can create small colour differences. The distressed or weathered appearance shown in many designs is intentional.
